Mr. Prithviraj Runjeet is a seasoned accounting and business operations professional with 18 years of experience in the global business sector. With a solid academic foundation, having completed ACCA Part 2, he possesses strong technical knowledge in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.

Throughout his career, Prithviraj has demonstrated expertise in managing core financial functions, maintaining accurate records, supporting audits, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. His extensive experience spans multicultural and fast-paced work environments, where he consistently contributes to improved financial efficiency and operational effectiveness.

In addition to his accounting background, Prithviraj has served as an Administrator/ Company Secretary for two years. In this role, he gained valuable experience in corporate governance, statutory compliance, documentation management, and administrative oversight.

Qualification

He holds a BSc (Hons) in Management with specialisation in Marketing and MBA in Financial Services from the University of Mauritius.

Professional Experience

His experience includes, but not limited to, providing, administration, AML/CFT compliance, and corporate secretarial services to Global Business companies, Authorised companies, Collective Investment Schemes, CIS Managers, Foundations, Trusts, Domestic companies, other specialised licenses, Protected Cell companies, Seychelles IBCs and Foreign companies

He has also served as director, DMLRO on a number of Global Business Companies, Collective Investment Scheme, CIS Managers, Payment Intermediary Services and Variable Capital Companies.
